Documentary in Europe

In case you haven’t heard about it yet, my wife and I are partnering with another couple (Emily and Austin of Pines Photography) and are traveling through Europe right now. We are filming a full-length documentary – interviewing locals who minister here to bring awareness to the needs, struggles, successes in those communities and encourage the Church to respond.

It’s always such a pleasure to work with 31 Bits! Their events are always lots of fun and a good time to see people I don’t get to see very often. ABT Beauty Academy

I had a fun time doing a demo for a local beauty school a couple of weeks ago. It was one of the rare times I’ve used a backdrop setup and I have to say I really enjoy the studio-type environment. Being a photographer who mostly captures weddings, engagements, and other events, it’s great to change it up every now and then. I’ve been setting up a studio at home as well since this shoot. I will post another entry soon including some shots from that new setup! Anyways, here are some of my favorites from the ABT shoot.

Another engagement shoot for Equals D Photography! Ryan and I had a blast shooting this couple as they had snow ball fights. We took a trip up to Big Bear for this shoot and it was such a beautiful day. I hope more couples want winter shoots. I am definitely looking forward to shooting their wedding in December!

Rachel + Jason 5th Anniversary

I had the privilege of taking photos of a great couple in Hemet who are celebrating 5 years of marriage! We found some great spots at a local golf course and in the middle of no where. It’s fun to see couples enjoying celebrating the anniversary of their big days.
