These are the most important people in our lives - our family (and also those who might as well be our family). I want to capture the story of who your family is, so my goal for these sessions is pretty simple: make everyone as comfortable as possible so that they can feel free to be themselves. That way, regardless whether you are all looking at the camera for a more traditional group portrait or candidly enjoying each other's company, we get to see the genuineness of who your family is.

Home. That place where you are most comfortable and that’s shared with whom you can let your guard down. This is my favorite place to capture families - in and around the home. It’s where you’ve carried on traditions and made some of your own. The place where you spend the most time together. It’s such a joy to capture your family in a place like that. There’s nothing wrong with going to pretty locations, but I think it’s so important that wherever we go to capture your family (whether it be in and around your home, or someplace else that is special), that it means something to you.

I strive to create images that will serve as a permanent reminder of the emotions, experiences, and relationships shared between you and the people who matter most to you that can be enjoyed for years to come.
