Welcome! Thank you for taking the time to take a look at my website. My approach to school photography is a bit different than most larger school portraiture companies. I like to bring a more customized experience to the schools I work with.

Student Portraits

Together we can design what color of backdrop and lighting style will be best for your school and the look you are wanting to achieve for year book and other applications. Usually these portraits are scheduled over multiple days at the school with 2 makeup days scheduled later in the year. I offer print packages to parents/guardians and families that can be purchased and delivered directly or to the school office.

Staff Portraits

As with student portraits, various options for background color and lighting are available, but usually we match the style of staff and teacher portraits to the student portraits. These portraits are taken in 1 day with another makeup day scheduled later in the year.

Sports Photography

For photos of teams and individual athletes, I almost always utilize available light and use the specific sport to influence how I capture that team and athlete. These photos are usually scheduled together with multiple teams on the same day. An online gallery is made available for parents/guardians and families to order prints and/or image downloads if they’d like to.

Event Photography

Graduation and other event photography is also available. I take my experience as a wedding photographer into my approach to event photography. I focus on capturing important moments and candid moments. Typically I make a gallery for students and their families to view, share, download and order prints of any images they’d like.
