Front Steps Project 2020
A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of traveling all around my town and nearby areas to take photographs of some awesome people in front of their homes. (You can read more about the reason behind this project here.) Photographing families and individuals is something I always love to do, but during this time, I particularly enjoyed interacting with everyone who signed up - whether it was someone I was meeting for the first time, or someone I’ve known for years - it was so refreshing to chat about life and see how people were holding up through various challenges world events have presented to us all and how it effects so many in different ways. The Front Steps Project has been a wonderful reminder of the joys of capturing people authentically in places that hold great significance for them - like their homes - and, most importantly, with those who matter most to them.
